Heidi Tremblay (Lab Manager) has over 5 years of experience at KRÜSS. With surface science applications know-how and countless hours of hands-on experience with KRÜSS solutions, she has knowledge and direct exposure to the ways surface science can positively impact research and industry. She has a degree in Textile Chemistry from Clemson University.

Dr. Robert Minch studied Physical Chemistry at Perm State University in Russia. He then worked for 1.5 years as a Process Engineer at a pharmaceutical company. In 2010, after completing his PhD in Solid State Chemistry at Kiel University in Germany, he joined the Institute for Surface and Material Research in Kiel as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Since 2012, Robert has been working at KRÜSS GmbH, the world’s leading company in surface and interfacial science, where he initially served as a Technical Consultant for the EMEA and LATAM regions. Since 2022, he has been responsible for the EMEA region as Regional Sales Manager and serves as Product Specialist for High Pressure Instruments and the Petroleum Sector worldwide. In this role, he regularly speaks at industry and academic events such as seminars and conferences.
